Salads
(v) Tomato Salad, $7.50
The ingredients are simple-tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, onion, carrots, chili flakes, garlic, lemon juice and ground dried shrimp-yet the flavor are uniquely Burmese.
(v) Ginger Salad, $7.50
This unique salad is comprised of cured shredded ginger, toasted yellow split peas, fava beans, peanuts and coconut chips mixed with onions, cabbage and ground, dried shrimp. Tossed in garlic oil, and lemon juice.
(v) Green Tea Salad, $7.50
Similar to the Ginger Salad, this one of a kind salad is comprised of ground, dried shrimp, cured tea leaves, beans, nuts and vegetables. Cured tea leaves have a special flavor not unlike that of smoked grape leaves or hearts of artichoke. It leaves a slight bittersweet taste on the palate. This dish is an acquired taste, for the adventurous.
(v) Burmese Papaya Salad, $7.50
Shredded papaya, mixed with ground dried shrimp, onions, and fried garlic; tossed in garlic oil, lemon juice, and a little hot chili pepper.
(v) Mango Salad - seasonal, $7.00
The ingredients are the same as the Green Papaya Salad except with shredded green mango.
Shrimp Salad, $8.00
(v) Mango Noodle Salad - seasonal, $7.50
This delightful noodle salad dish is created by Chef Chu with mango slices, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, onions, noodles and ground shrimp tossed in garlic oil and lemon juice.
Chicken Salad, $6.50.
Shredded chicken meat marinated in lemon juice, chili, and garlic oil and served over greens with Burmese dressing.
Soups
Fish Noodle Soup, $7.50
This is one of the famous soups in Burma. This is also one of the most popular. So much so that it is eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Actually, it is fish chowder with noodles. The broth is prepared with spices such as ginger root, lemongrass, garlic, onion, and turmeric. Fried onions and slices of egg accompany this soup.
Curried Chicken Noodle Soup, $7.50
Like the Fish Noodle Soup, this is another popular soup that is eaten all the times of the day. It consists of chicken broth cooked with ginger, garlic, onion, turmeric and coconut milk. Fried onions and slices of egg accompany this soup.
(v) Hot and Sour Soup, $7.50
This is an appetite-whetting soup. It is prepared with spinach, bamboo shoots, prawns and tomatoes in a broth. Vinegar, hot chili pepper, lemon grass, ginger, lemon and dried ground shrimp are added to spice it up. One is tempted to eat it with rice.

Special round rice noodles in garlic oil, vinegar, and pea flour. Topped with curried chicken, onions, crispy noodles and sesame seeds.
Garlic Noodles with choice of Chicken, Pork or Tofu $6.95
